Admissions

Before a child is offered a place for entry to the school the registration form, obtainable from the school or as a download from this site, together with the registration fee of £50 must be returned to the school. Where there is no vacancy a waiting list place will be offered to Parents and they will be informed as soon as a place becomes available. Upon acceptance of the offer of a place a deposit of £100 is payable to confirm acceptance. This supercedes the information given in the current terms and conditions which are being reviewed at the moment, and will ensure that parents are not left waiting for confirmation of a place. This deposit is returnable when the child leaves the school, subject to all accounts being settled. Entry to the Pre-School class is dependent upon a place being offered in the main school. Most children enter the school through Pre-school but some do enter directly into Kindergarten without going through Pre-school.

Vacancies for older children do occur and the Headmaster will be pleased to assist such Parents.

Fees are fully inclusive. They include a freshly cooked meal every day, weekly swimming lessons for pupils in year 3 and above, sports coaching, the services of our Special Needs team and some of the extra-curricular clubs run by school staff. Charges are made for some extra curricular activities, for example: piano lessons, golf, Speech and Drama and Tai Kwondo, which are run by visiting specialists. This list is not exhaustive and information about clubs can be found elswhere in this site. The full extra-curricular programme is published at the beginning of each term.

Fees

Fees for the coming year, beginning in September, are announced annually at the end of the Spring Term. The school has every intention of maintaining this fee level for a full 12 months. Our fees for this year beginning September 2008 are £2130.

Fees may be paid termly or by single annual payment. The school also offers a monthly payment scheme through Holmwoods Financial Services (a division of HSBC). A discount of 3% is offered for annual payments with a further 3% for fees paid before the end of the previous term. We also offer a 7.5% discount for a third child in full time education at the school. Parents should ask for details at the school office.

A full term's notice of the withdrawal of any child is required. Failure to give proper notice will render the Parent liable to pay one term's fees, in lieu of notice, for each of their children in school. The bursar will be pleased to answer any questions that Parents may have about fees and their payment.

Pre-School Fees

Pre-School fees are charged termly, in advance, on a daily rate which is pro rata to the school fees. We accept Government funded nursery sessions.The school is also pleased to accept child care vouchers issued by Accor and Sodexho.
