Thank you to all the visitors who came to our garden yesterday which was open to the public as part of the ‘Danbury and Little Baddow Open Gardens’ fundraising event. It was a lovely day with super weather and so many people admiring our efforts. This was the first time Heathcote had participated and we were delighted to see so many people through our gates.
The children had worked hard to plant their vegetables, tend to the plants and create an ugly bug hotel.
Well done to Mrs Solsberg for her clever pallet creations which inspired everyone yesterday. We look forward to her next recycling project with anticipation!
In the run up to the Danbury and Little Baddow Open Gardens event we ran a Facebook competition. Well done to Charlotte Clark who wins a bottle of wine as well as a chocolate treat for Ava!
