Heathcote School Holiday Club

Pricing:

£40 per day – 9am to 4pm, or £180 per week.  Children bring their own snacks and packed lunch.

10% early booking discount.

Terms & Conditions:

• The club is subject to minimum numbers being reached. In the event of minimum numbers not being reached, Heathcote School Holiday Club will give customers 14 days’ notice that the club will not be open.
• The club reserves the right to close with less than 14 days’ notice in the event of emergency (such as flooding, extreme weather conditions, power failure etc).
• Payment must be made AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR to your booking in order to secure your place. This does not apply to parents that have chosen to add their Holiday Club fees to their Heathcote School termly bill.
• Late payments will be charged at an additional 5% of the total amount outstanding.
• Payments are non-refundable for non-attendance if the club is open.
• Late pick up from the club is charged at £10 per every 10 minutes or part-10 minutes.
• Cancellations or changes to booking dates must be made at least 14 DAYS in advance otherwise no refund will be given. This is because staffing and resources are allocated in advance based on numbers.
• Booking closes 48 hours in advance.
